Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect only what you send us, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it.
This policy explains how Blaze Quest Private Limited ("Blaze Quest", "we", "us") handles personal data on blazequest.in. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and apply the same standard to visitors from every country.
What we collect
- What you send us through a form. Contact form: name, email, optional phone number and your message. Careers form: your application details and résumé. Idea form: your details, your idea and any document you attach.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and limit form spam. We record only the country a form was sent from. We don't store IP addresses.
We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party fonts or scripts. Your light/dark theme choice is saved only in your own browser.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, application or pitch, and to discuss working together.
- To evaluate job applications and ideas. We use ideas you share only to evaluate working with you, and never share them outside Blaze Quest.
- To keep the site secure and stop abuse.
We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by email to our team's inbox. They pass through Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and are stored with our email provider. Both may process data outside India, under their own safeguards. We share personal data with no one else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and pitches: as long as we're in conversation, then up to 24 months.
- Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can reach out about future roles. Ask us and we'll delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Email contact@blazequest.in and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local data protection authority.
